Hi fellow Poshers! I am the proud mother of two beautiful girls! My baby is off to College, so empty nest for this freelance Fashion Stylist, having recently completed a rebranding that I am very excited about, new site www.KristenBlakeStyle.com. I am also the founder of Novella Style Group, LLC. I live mostly in Tampa, Florida but split time for work between NYC, Miami, Atlanta & Los Angeles. I clearly love to shop as I do it for a living! styledbykblake I will literally make a trip just to do that! My good friend and hair/makeup partner Paula are trying to come for Thanksgiving! She lost her husband of 19 years to cancer in Feb. so trying to make the holidays a little easier. I am in Massachusetts right now dropping my baby at University! And her taking the train to the city for a day is the only way I will see her before Christmas! She's my best friend, and my baby! She wants to be a Dr. Don't know how I got that kid, lol!!

My closet used to look like the Louis Vuitton and Gucci boutiques, but slowly I sold many for a wonderful cause! I have a wonderful 18 year old who has entered University! I have kept the unsellable (to me) my wonderful grandmothers vintage collection, and as I get older a few of mine are as well, lol. I'd love to see your collection! As she is settling in and was blessed with a wonderful scholarship to help this single mom out! I am rebuilding the collection! Good thing Mommie is a Fashion Stylist and a lover of the art we live our lives in!

msmara18 I have an obscene collection, mostly Chanel and Louis. I've been collecting since I was 10! Lol. My dad is French and my grandmother and great aunt got me into it. Then when my grandmother passed :( I inherited her collection 100+ CHANEL and at least 100+ Louis. I've sold a few pieces here and there but I really want to keep the majority for my daughters 😊 I have two as well, but they are newly turned 4, and newly turned 3. I'm sure eventually when they're college bound I'll sell more (my hubby is urging me to sell more now) but right now it's difficult since they hold special places in my heart (attached to great memories vintage bag shopping with my grandmother and trying on her treasures)

She taught me everything about fashion, we would cut my paper dolls out of Vogue, who wanted a gingham dress on when it could be Oscar de la Renta! We would play "eye spy" but with fashion! "I spy a 1970 Van Cleefe and Arpell!" Lol. Wonderful times. I won't ever sell her vintage evening clutches!

msmara18 Oh my gosh! Soooooo the same! We're long lost cousins, lol :) mine did the same! Only we'd make clothes for my dolls that she handmade for me. She taught me to embroider, smock and needlepoint and knit :) my other grandmother taught me to sew one her singer that had a handle, crank and metal pedal!! Between the two I learned so much! I have an etsy boutique now where I sell smocked and handmade children's clothes :) I also make, or upcycle much of my stuff and my kids stuff :)

michelleannette Hello Kristen, my dream would be the NY walk. My baby, he is 6'5" and still growing just went to college this spring,as he is a senior in high school. He will be gone next year and I want to pack myself in his bag. He is the last out of the house, so it is time for reinvention. I've been an executive management consultant for years. Suits and briefcases, I want to break out and need help. I am 5'10" used to model for Gucci and Free People among others so I have a mish, mosh of a closet. Some vintage, some boho, some great keepers. I am long and lean, and in need of building a closet that is not 5 closets that make no sense down to 1 closet. I'm a classy biker chic. I am also working to find the All Saints silk parachute dress in black. The one with all the ties. I just found posh last week and will start listing soon. My grandmother left me 37 gorgeous furs. michelleannette @styledbykblake yep I danced ballet until I grew too tall. I sort of had to move to modern dance when on pointe I was 6'2"". I was feather weight, but lifts were often looking like I was looking like I was still standing during a lift. Ha ha. I loved pointe, oh well. Then I went and married a 5'8" guy. My son is now 6'6" and still growing. My other son is 5'7". Go figure.

Only thing I see is some of the winter items people may want a better deal or will keep it in their likes, I am a shop for all seasons always kind of girl. So the cape (I adore) the overalls you may have limited buyers, or wait til July/Aug when they think about the fall.. A good mix of high and low end is fab to... Especially showing the staple higher end working with an inexpensive shoe. I know you mentioned free people, all saints always big favs, Michael Kors, "Affordable Luxury" any classic monogram Louis Vuitton be sure you want to sell they go like hot cakes! As a very successful posher @queenmummm says share your closet at least 3x a day. Return follow and shares... Makes great friends and the sales come with them!

michelleannette @styledbykblake I am having a panic attack. I have no idea what my husband did with the Gucci. Wet issued it up, put it in a pretty package and poof, it is the disappearing dress. Truly this is something to cry about!! We will find it, our houses look like Darva's, so not to worry. It WILL be found.... I did a really dumb thing and ran the idea of getting those leather pants. He just doesn't see how someone could spend 495 for leather pants, I have my fingers crossed that they are still there in 10 days. That's when I fill my bank account again. I must tell you wearing those Galianos was the highlight of my day. Wow. Of course my calves are sore today and my hips a little sore. You try standing on your toes with those shoes, they are strutting shoes for sure. Hope all is well. Please cross your fingers that the leather pants are still there in 9 days!!!! Have a great day! I have several of your items as screensavers lol I'm hopeless! The walking on your toes is everyday for me! I'm only a size 4.5 or 5 in shoes with how high heels have gotten it doesn't leave much to walk on!! Good thing my back knees always hurt from dancing and toes can't feel anything anymore lol!

styledbykblake @michelleannette because I joined the SF Ballet jr company just before my 9th birthday and went on pointe, the growth plates in my feet actually broke/closed before I was done growing. So when my girls went on pointe, I got X-rays of their feet before to make sure. My youngest still has small feet (6). Lol and your right I don't have anything to walk on. Not mad the trend is coming off the 6" heel 👠

You really do have to strut those Galliano's of Darva's , but it is totally, absolutely worth it. You could pair them with any simple neutral, put on some blazing hot lipstick and just wait for the God of Fashion to gently rain gold upon your shoulders. You wouldn't even have to walk fast, because the croup of drooling women and men would totally slow you down!!!! Ahhh bliss. MichelleAnnette

You must be magic. Boxes coming to you tomorrow. I made a foray into the first closet from the mountain house yesterday. I completely filled mr Rover( the big one) and it didn't even make a dent. My husband looked gobsmacked. It completely overwhelmed him. He had no idea how many closets I was using. He dryly remarked no wonder he couldn't find his clothes at either house any more and is relegated to wearing a rotation of three outfits. Busted!!!!! It seems @michelleannette has got the market cornered on that one . . . I spent 31 years as a professor of music for the stability - and only teaching two days a week for the flexibility - until I retired into full time craziness. Do you do costuming for film and theatre? That's pretty much my circle of friends on the west coast. If you are interested in that, I'll put my ear to the rails and give you a shout out when I hear of something cropping up.

I asked her assistant to send me a pre paid card, no word back. Which is very frustrating because it means I will be eating raisin bran until she feels better and pays my monthly retainer. If you can sell them do, I don't want you to miss a sale, because either way until she pays me I can't or until she gives me her cc. I am so sorry. I owe you huge.
