What is the diameter around highest parts of this boots ?

@mrselzbieta Hello, the boots are highly adjustable with the two buckles so you can get a custom fit. Each strap has 6 holes. The smallest diamater is 15.5 inches and I can't get the largest diameter bec I have skinny calves ... but it can go up to at least 17 inches.

Do these boots fit small? Are they more like a size US 8.5 or a US 9? I find that some of my Mephisto shoes fit small.. that's why I'm asking. Thank you!
