MERONA Black Flounce Dress

Pre loved EUC It’s a size L but I’m a size S and I wore it as a loose dress. With the ribbon tied around my waist Black flounce dress with tulle lace detail on neckline, tie ribbon on waist (but could wear without the waist tie; see last photo). The waist tie is not sewn onto dress, it goes through little thread belt loops * pit to pit 19.5 inches * waist 21 inches (without the waist tied up) * length from nape of neck to bottom hem 36 inches
