MEXX Stretchy Faux Leather/Fabric Slim-fitting Jeans

Jeans look like leather in the front, but are a clever imitation which is stretchy, while the back is a stretchy woven fabric Jeans have faux leather belt loops on the woven-fabric waistband There is a zipper and button closing at the centre front They have non-working pockets in the front, but 2 good-sized working pockets in the back. The pocket on the right has a metal tag saying "MEXX" at the top of the pocket. There is also a beautifully-shaped yoke in the back, just below the waistband Front of jeans have interesting seams running both vertically and horizontally, as they would have if they were made from actual leather Faux leather in front is 65% polyurethane and 35% viscose Woven fabric in back is 83% polyester, 13% viscose, and 4% elastane Waistband, non-stretchy = 32 1/2" Length of centre back seam from crotch intersection to top of waistband, not stretched at all = 14 1/4", but stretches out comfortably to 14 3/4" Length of centre front seam from crotch intersection to top of waistband, not stretched at all = 8 7/8". This seam is not stretchy. This means that from top of waistband at centre front to top of waistband at centre back all along the crotch seam = 23 1/8" As you can see from the 3rd photo, the front crotch rise (crotch seam) is purposely lower than the back rise (crotch seam) Hips, not stretched at all = 38", but stretch easily to 42" Knee = 14 1/4" Bottom of trousers at ankle = 12" Pet-free and smoke-free home
