Strap can be either fully removed or tucked into the bag. This item is in USED, GREAT condition. Similar styles sell (new) for $400~$500. Only damage I can see at all is a little bit of wear on the bottom metal studs (feet), a tiny indent on one of the top handles, and the silver lock has a tiny indent in it (from factory) - see photos for close ups of all things mentioned.
