MIISTA Electric Blue Loafers chunky size 8.5/9

I’m selling these amazing MIISTA blue loafers they are listed as 38 but they fit more like a 9 truly and are too big for me. I’d die for these shoes but they’re a full size too big for me. Worn once. Purchased on sale so they were final or I would have sized down.
