MINKAS Blouse/tunic for those lovely leggings!!

Minkas size L (fits like a Medium) longer top; sits hist below butt The front reminds me of a snowy scene. Nice colors in it with rhinestones on bodice for a bit of glitter! 3/4 length sleeves. Has a sheer black nylon hem. Very pretty!
