MINKPINK Cobalt Blue Cami Romper w/ Defect

NWT from Simons. I honestly don't know how the fabric pulled (see photos). It's still a nice summer romper ☀️ Could be a good piece for going to the beach, for layering with a crop top / light knit sweater, or paired with a white linen button up 🏖️ It's just too short for my liking (also too small as I'm now US6).
