I’ve added the size chart for this exact dress from Revolve. It’s a size medium. It’s a true size 6-8 USA
The waist has good stretch (is elastic).
Waist - 28-30”
Bust - 36” (I think 34”-38” would work)
Hips - 39-40”
Length - 30”
I’ve added a few photos on a mannequin so you can see the fit better. It’s super flattering, soft and has good stretch.
