I LOVE this jacket. I bought this and wore it under jacket to give my wardrobe a pop of color! It isn't quite neon, but very loud and colorful! Very comfortable and stretchy. Very loved and well taken care of. I don't reach for it anymore and hoping it can find a new home! Pit to pit - 17" shoulder to shoulder - 15" length- 27"
