You can see the raised texture of the scales and tge gradiating color and pattern is precise. Also with a dark brown leather for handles with modern stitching. I love this TOTE but shoulder injury prevented me from using heavier bags. Brand new - tried once or twice and tried to gift but with shipping too expensive. No damage, no stains or puncture
