Very cute MNG ruffled dress in a jersey material with a deep neckline. The front bow is of a more stiff material so that it sits nice. The color is between a peacock blue and navy. Very rich yet subtle. Layered ruffles make up the skirt. Size xsmall but there is some stretch. Pit to pit - 15” Waist - 14” Length - 36”
