Handmade kids had Brand new without tags , never worn Black with a boy and girl dressed as jokers in yellows and oranges . Top decoration is a bright green . I am unable to make out what the writing says Inside is lined with a soft red cotton fabric Measurements : Band in 3” Peak is 4” Diameter is roughly 8” Top decoration is 6” with a fringe at 1 1/2” ** all my listings are cross posted 🙂
