Totally MOD mid dress/ top. Hugs body and very flattering. Second hand vintage so while it’s been worn it has almost no signs of wear. Love the red ribbon in front that adds an additional pop of wow to this piece. Red ribbon detailing on inside collar and sleeve. Black edging on the neckline for accent.
