MOD Vintage mini dress made in USA

“Pennypinchers” late 1960s dress from Franklin, MI. Purchased in Toronto, Ontario. Loved it, but doesn’t fit like it used to. Cotton blend. 3/4 sleeve, above the knee length. A true modern size 6! Can take measurements if requested. Excellent vintage condition!
