MODCLOTH - Retro mid-length polka dot dress

Adorable A-line polka dot dress. Cap sleeve, black banded waist, and retro neckline. One small hole at the banded waist, on the back-left (pic 3). Looks like an easy fix for anyone who knows anything about sewing - unfortunately I don't! Size: 1X (runs a little small, I'm typically an XL and it fit me perfectly) Hits right above the knee - work appropriate. Lined from the waist down.
