Could you please measure the insole? From heel to the front of the boot, how long is it?
Their size chart is confusing… I usually wear a EU 39 which is like an 8-8.5 and can sometimes wear a 40 if it’s a true 9 and not a 10

@cassandreaho I couldn’t remove the insole without ripping it out so I’ve added a photo of the length on the bottom. It measures 10-3/4”. I’m a size 9.5-10 and these fit well.
