NWOT MPH Collection 100% Cotton White Dress Tunic Size XL. Classic and nautical looking dress/tunic with gold button accents and cinch waist with drawstring. Two front side pockets, two buttoned chest pockets, collar, hidden buttons and epaulets. Only flaw is the small black spots on the front near the buttons, barely visible, I tried to show in the photo. This item has never been worn.
