They have an exposed neoprene purple top and are waterproof. These boots are from the original MUCK boot company. They have never been worn, just out of box. These were a Christmas present but kept a different pair of boots. They have been stored for quite some time. They are beautiful and of coarse in great condition. The box has some slight wear. The neoprene on one boot has a slight fold due to storage but will shape out. Please see all pics.
