@jenc131 hey it’s 29 cm on my iPhone rular. So I’m guessing it’s about 11 or 12 inches across. It’s also stretchy . I’m typically a 27.

The fabric content is in Japanese. I’m going to guess it’s a synthetic blend.

@jenc131 they’re also high waisted so they sit right at the smallest width of your body like leggings. If you’re a small to a medium they should fit.
