MukMuk is described as a small, friendly marmot and is a side-kick and friend alongside the other mascots for the 2010 Olympics. The cultural inspiration for MukMuk is the Vancouver Island marmot, a rare, small endangered animal which is unique to the Island. Not used, has just been stored in a bag.
