2 inch buckle entire length measures 35.5 inches not sure what the material is, no tags! might be leather? it’s really well made and durable. no signs of wear and tear. would say fits xs to medium? every link works in the buckle. bronze hardware. pretty sure purchased from aritzia! haven’t been used in years, downsizing closet
