MEASUREMENTS OPEN: 10 1/2 inches diameter x 5 1/2 inches circumference. SIZE OF THE TUBE: 7 1/2 inches around the tube and the tube is about 26 inches long not including the pom poms. LINING: Fur all around the tube, inside and out, and stuffed with warm insulation. CORDS: Satin Ribbon with little french knots on edges. POM POMS: Two in genuine muskrat fur, about 2 inches around. CLOSURE: Satin ribbon tied in a bow.  Adjustable.
