Boho cottage core grandma core crochet top I can totally see this layered for fall. No brand or size tag. Sz Lg or xl in my guesstimation but could fit smaller sz depending on the fit you are looking for. Also has some stretch to it No hole but has a bit of fray as shown in last pic around side of hip.
