The sleeves have 4 self covered buttons. The fabric tag is in Chinese. It feels like a cotton, linen blend. Fully lined Approximate measurements 15.5 inches armpit to armpit 27 inches long 15 inches shoulder width I would say it’s a S/M Really a beautiful stand out jacket. NWT
