MacBook Pro 2019 Apple Laptop Known Hardware Issue

The dark grey/charcoal 2019 model of the Macbook with Touchbar. 13”. I had to purchase a new computer immediately for work so I did not get this one fully fixed. The computer does not work. The issue is a known Apple Hardware issue from this specific model. That *apparently* should be able to be fixed for a few hundred bucks. (As is) Before the hardware issue occurred the computer was running. Also I know a lot of you farm these computers for great parts- that’s also an option! Internal/external components.
