dianemferraro @krissycox77 The make is Mackage and yes- there is a cloth inside lining and waterproof outer. If you go to Mackage.ca you’ll see this years version- Technical Rain Jacket- Mine is an older version and is longer Size L - I am a Med to large and I have room for a warm sweater
