@leggiescloset hi! Great Question! I would say late spring or early Fall. I bought it when I lived in Vancouver… It’s not waterproof; it would be fine with a light rain going to/from for a daily coat, short walks, running errands but material doesn’t wick away so wouldn’t use it as a “raincoat” if I was going to be out in the rain for awhile
