redwards89 @swissjulieanne top of shoulder to top of shoulder is about 15.5 inches Armpit to armpit is about 17 3/4. Sleeve is about 23 not including the extended knit part. I added a couple reference pictures. Let me know if there are any other measurements you would like :)
