Here is the classic novel, "Madame Bovary," by Gustave Flaubert, translated from the French by Francis Steegmuller with an introduction by Victor Brombert. It was published by Alfred A. Knopf as part of the Everyman's Library collection in 1993. It is a burgundy cloth hardcover book with gold lettering and decoration in a black field on the cover and spine and a stitched in place bookmark.
It is in near fine condition with no noticeable flaws. The cream colored pages are quite clean. The binding is tight. There is a clear mylar dustcover with a paper front cover insert. The dust cover has some wear and smudges. Please see all the photos.
