Made in Canada! Black Chambray Dress w Pockets

This dress was designed and made in Ottawa (Canada) by Twiss & Weber. It’s roomy and comfortable and breezy and is NWOT. I’d call the fabric a slightly thick chambray — and it has pockets! A good piece for layering or on its own in the summer.
