Madewell Black Pleated Lightweight Skirt with Movement, Size 0 or Size XS

Not your average black skirt! It is a super lightweight with lots of movement, with a style cut almost like a tennis skirt with a preppy feel. Material tag missing. Outer pleated fabric plus inner lining. Size 0 but waist across is 14” so I’ve sized as a small. Length is 16”
