Madewell cobalt blue shift with ribbon and pleat detail - and pockets!

This dress is completely gorgeous. I really really wish it fit me but it was just a little bit too small. It would be perfect for a wedding or a night out. The measurements are shown in the photos. The dress is polyester, but looks silk.
