Madewell the tassel-tie Octavia sandal

High heel shoes size 6.5 - brand new (only worn once to an indoor convocation). Purchased from Shopbop and paid over 200 USD. Heel is 4 inches - pictures show pink shoes but what is for sale is the true black version. Shoes and clothes are taken excellent care of and come from a smoke-free + pet-free home.
