Maeve Tweed Skort NWT size 14

This is a NWT size 14 tweed black and white with gold thread running thru skort by Maeve sold at Anthropologie. This skort would be perfect paired with tall boots and tights and a cute sweater. I purchased these for me but find them a tad snug on the waist and there is zero stretch. Please see the above photos for measurements and more details.
