Such a lovely dress! The only thing wrong with this dress is it has Velcro on the shoulders to hold shoulder pad and those are missing. I left the Velcro, in case someone would love that vintage look…otherwise easy to cut out. Your choice. The dress on the mannequin has no shoulder pads.
