Magical circle skirt with whales and planets

This skirt is adorable with whales, a planet, letters etc. It is fully lined and the top layer is light and the fabric shimmers. A great skirt to spin in. The tag says large but don’t let that fool you. It’s an XS to S with a waist of 26 inches that stretches easily to 28 inches. It can stretch more but might be a tighter fit.
