Magnificent Victorian-style choker in perfect condition

Stunning piece. Can be dressed up or down. Difficult to find these types of gorgeous accessories. This is about 20 years old and was maybe worn twice. Adjustable length between approx. 12" and 14-3/4" (around the neck). Zero flaws.
