Maison Scotch Punk Radar Dress

3/4 sleeve. I'm 5'3" and this falls to just above my knee. Tie around waist allows you to wear it at your waist or as a drop waist. Meant to be worn loose. Fits size 2/4. I purchased this from @dyan_u. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Dry cleaned regularly.
