@nami215 I added a picture, it has 3 sppts around with those strings attached, and the skirt has 3 snap buttons if you want to adjust it

@agposher thanks. I actually needed to move the skirt upwards, not sideways. So detaching it is the only option. Does it attach to the shirt by only that thin string? I can just tailor it and remove the string.
