Perfect condition 10 out of 10 designer skirt. Beautifully tailored. French size 38. (Please, see Maje size chart posted in pictures). I am usually a 27 in jeans and tend to go for medium in bottoms and this fits beautifully. Very flattering. Can be worn casually and dressed up. Cotton underlining. Hmmm is this really a size M? Size M in the Maje chart lists 28in waist … but 17.5 (your measurement) x 2 is 35 inches … really confusing
