Majestic sterling silver ring with gorgeous crystal

A stunning silver ring stamped .925. Large mounted crystal at its center surrounded by tiny clear crystals. I placed it on my kitchen scale and it shows 5.7 grams. I think I wore it 2 or 3 times on special occasions. I purchased it years ago. It is approximately a size 8.
