ola_s_ Hi Katie, I’m truly sorry for the issue with the shoes you bought from my closet. I had not noticed this issue at all when I listed the shoes, and remember noting that they were in very good condition. I wonder if the stud got lost in storage or while packaging, as I’d never intentionally sell an imperfect item without noting it. Regardless, I apologize and am glad you will have a refund for a product that wasn’t what you expected. Kind regards and happy new year!
