snuky001 Katie! Quick question! I want to purchase multiple items from different poshers on a credit card, how can i keep all the orders as one charge on the CC than multiple? Is that possible?

katiec962 @snuky001 Hello again! :) Unfortunately I don’t think it’s possible to make it one charge on a credit card :( I think it only does that for bundles! Otherwise I believe they show up as separate transactions. I’ sorry I couldn’t be of more help!

snuky001 @katiec962 i thought of that too. Too bad you cant bundle from multiple poshers into one bundle. Choose what you want from each closet and bundle with all their discounts and s/f into one. Poshmark should try to put that together. Make it easier on some lol.. Thank you for the information. Was all a great help!

katiec962 @snuky001 Hi again! There should be an option when you go to your item that says ‘price drop’. When you click it, it should give you 2 options and one of the options should be ‘offer to likers’. From there you can send an offer to just your likers! I hope that helped :)

inspire365days Hi. Would like to check with you regarding my bundled order last 4/13/21. It’s marked shipped but per USPS they may not have received it actually since it is manually done. I am canceling my long overdue order. Please refund. Thank you.

katiec962 @inspire365days Hello! Yes I did have to manually mark your order as shipped, since tracking was not updating. Sometimes this happens to me as my label printer can print labels light in color and USPS can’t scan them. Although I’m not sure why you still haven’t received it!! I will check with USPS to see what may have happened.

katiec962 @inspire365days I will also contact Poshmark to get you a refund! I can’t actually give you a refund myself as I have not received the funds from this order. Poshmark holds the funds until the order is accepted by the buyer. Since this order never made it to you, I never received the funds. I can contact Poshmark and let them know you never got the order, they should refund you at that point.
