Man Putting Golfing Print by Michael Downs

A framed print of a painting by the Canadian artist Michael Downs. I believe that it is a lithograph but don't want to take it apart to be certain. It has a wood frame and depicts a man putting wearing what looks like a 1920s outfit. There is wear as in the pictures (including a dirt stain between the picture and frame) and the frame is 17 1/8" tall by 13 3/4" in width.
