@yoginiforlife they are new with tags they say sz 8, the waist is very stretchy the top of the thigh measures a little over 11 inches laid flat. The waist when pulled taught is 18inches, from the top of the waist band to the crotch is 11 inches and a little bit. I hope this helps.

The sz 8 is a US 2-4 I find then a generous fit.. Any other wisdoms I'm glad to help. I also give a free gift with each purchase just need to know your top size if u purchase. I try to match the style of the items bought.
