Maniju Fitted Dress w/ Slit

I intially purchased this dress as a reception dress for my wedding. I never got around to wearing it! I had my mother-in-law hem it to fit my height of 5'4" (please don't come for me as the hem work is obviously non-professional). I've seen another lady hem it to above the knee (I'm assuming where the slit begins), and it looked superb! The only notable stain is my last image - VERY faint. Hoping someone else takes this off my hands and uses it for a special event ❤️ I usually wear a 12 and this dress fits me (size large).
