stefanys_closet @storagetung apologies for the late reply. Its in very good condition. daughter only worn once for a Christmas holiday then the next year its didnt fit. I have misplaced the red belt for it but I will look for it. Any red belt will work. The measurements are 12' waist (laying flat) and Shoulder to hem is 28'.
