Can be worn alone or with a cami or T-shirt underneath. It is chocolate brown, velvet and very comfy. Looks great with denim or black jeans. It is in very good condition and is a size 6. Here are the measurements: Length is 20 inches, width is 18 inches and the sleeves are 9 inches. It hit me just at the top of my mid-rise jeans and I am 5 foot, 4 inches tall.
