There is no stretch to the fabric, the dress is lined; hook eye and back zipper closure. Eyelet decor on the shell of the dress. Please see photos for measurements. Ptp is 17”, but there are darts at the front to accommodate the bust, see the last photo. I (36D/DD) wore it with an unlined strapless bra.
